The conference will be organized on the large conference center which can accomodate ~1000 attendees. We have prepared the best possible catering service which can be adjusted to your needs.

We recommend to book your hotel around month before the conference – this time period will guarantee a good selection of the hotel rooms. Later there can be a problem with booking a good hotel rooms so don’t wait!. Please read our hotel and city guide.
